I'll make an attempt to break the impasse. How about this?
We provide two modes:
(1) strict (only CRLF are considered valid, lone CR and LF cause MimeException
(2) lenient. That is the behavior currently implemented in 0.4. Both CRLF and
LF are considered permissible. Lone CR are ignored / considered content
