NNTPServer will be maintained in future as a standard alone product with a
separate release cycle. James server will not ship with this function and
integration instructions will be maintained in the NNTP product documentation.
This task tracks the remove of NNTP server from the server. This will mean
deleting the module and all dependencies from the server code upon it.
