I am thinking that it could be nice to show a demo of the different protocols as part of the documentation, just to give people a sense of how things work between client and server. Is there an easy way to adapt the “Demo Server” to be able to create SMTP, POP, and IMAP (and maybe even JMAP??) sessions manually? No need for SSL, as it would only be local. I suppose using telnet or something like that? If somebody could point me in the right direction, I’ll see what I can do. What do you think?
