I propose we adopt Jacoco - a code coverage plugin for Apache James, to see the
code coverage of James modules.
The first target is successfully generating an aggregate code coverage report.
Then upon the result, we can observe and define more actions. E.g: write more
tests where are needed and helpful, engage a code coverage level...
