It can send mails to some of service providers like yahoo but can't send to some others like hotmail or linuxmail.org
What the hell is going on ? (the same thing happens when I ignore James and try SMTP service of IIS 5 also)
As you say, this doesn't seem related to James, which means it's likely tied to your IP address or the content you're sending. You should get error messages from the bounces (either ones), so check for network routing problems or more likely spam blacklists.
