And thanks to you too. Its equally refreshing to get positive feedback. This is a community and generally everyone, "experts" and "novices" alike, do chip in and offer their own unique insights. All perspectives are valuable. Sometimes, as a developer, it is hard to see why others have difficulty dealing with what is "obvious" until someone pulls us up short and makes us realise that something isn't "obvious" and we haven't explained it well. Other times, all someone new to James needs is a few nudges in the right direction. That nudge might come from anyone in the community; someone who has gone through the same issues or a developer. And yes, sometimes that nudge will be to read a specific part of the documentation or an earlier post to the mailing list. Generally, because the documentation says it more clearly than a short email response or we would just be repeating ourselves and most likely the subsequent discussion. In my experience, RTFMs in this list are rare and usually in response to someone who serially does not respond to helpful nudges in the right direction. So, if you have problem do not be afraid to ask, and if you have an insight to add to an issue please feel free to chip in.
