Help - 2 questions

Good day,   I am in need of help for the followings:   1) I have a server at the office + a firewall/router ---> internet I use Outlook Express on my laptop. When the laptop is placed behind the firewall, I can sent and receive mails. Now, how can I send and receive mails from home, using my server? (For the POP3 and SMTP server name I use the ip address of the server)   2) How can send large files as attachment?
