Your posting should be on the James mailing list. I am not a James expert, like members of the project. Off the top of my head:

1) You probably need to add the source domain to your James configuration. There are instructions in the documentation on how to do this. If you want to send mail from anywhere, you should probably use secure, authenticated connections.

2) There may be a configurable limit in James. Again, read the documentation. If the answers are not there, sign up for the James mailing list and get help from the real experts.

Subject: Help - 2 questions

Good day,

I am in need of help for the followings:

1) I have a server at the office + a firewall/router ---> internet
I use Outlook Express on my laptop. When the laptop is placed behind the firewall, I can sent and receive mails.
Now, how can I send and receive mails from home, using my server? (For the POP3 and SMTP server name I use the ip address of the server)

2) How can send large files as attachment? I have tried 1.2 M and it didn't succeed.

Best Regards
Bahman
