Which zip archive? I just ran:
find . -name "*.zip" -exec /usr/local/java/bin/jar tf {} \; | grep apps
on my local copy, and found:
james-2.2.0RC1/apps/dummy.txt
james-2.2.0RC1/apps/james.sar
in both .zip archives for the binary release. There isn't any in the source
release; developers are expected to either download the binaries separately,
or build them, themselves.
