All of those files are packed in james.sar. You must run James once to
unpack those files.
You want to unpack the binary distribution into a new directory, run James
once to unpack the configuration, then stop James and merge any
customization from your existing configuration files with the new ones.
When you are ready, you can move the old apps/james/var directory to the new
structure.
