When reporting a problem, please include such vital information as the
version of James, the operating system, the JVM version, the database
version, the JDBC driver version, etc.
There are several possibilities to your problem:
- deadlock in mordred (now fixed)
- defect in Hotspot Server in 1.4.0 and 1.4.1
- database corruption again
any of which could explain what you are seeing.
