The pdf link still is empty when you visit it!? Clueless. Any chance of a copy? Or I can publish it on my website if you send me a copy?

perhaps you don't have the PDF viewer plug-in thingy for the browser.. -but there's a link on that site so you can get it..
It seems as though you cannot just download the pdf directly because the link to the article is initiated through an html page parsed through php... -and so I assume it doesn't work without the PDF viewer plug-in.
Also, assumably you can not publish it on your website, nor can anybody distribute it to you either because of the posted message there: "All papers are copyrighted. No re-posting of them or distribution of them is permitted."
