Absolutely no disrespect intended here Ararat, but if you're having this type of problem, then you're probably not really ready to manage a mail server. You need to get stuck into the documentation and sample configuration files and get a grasp of James concepts.
To answer your specific question regarding adding a user, just run the admin utility and it will allow you to create users.
