Just set the "echo typed characters locally" option in your telnet
client. If using the standard "Hyper Terminal" program in windows, go to
"file/properties/settings/ASCII Setup" and set the option said above.

Sounds like a problem with your telnet client, or how it's
configured, not
Remote Manager.
Well, it's the standard telnet client that comes with Windows 2000
Proffesional + the last SP. I've never configured something for it, so
it's the default configuration. I've used it for other activities too,
but this behavior is only with RemoteManager from JAMES.
Since there is no other decent way to manage remotely JAMES(something
that works out of the box), I can't put JAMES on windows
computers/servers.
Thanks,
Ahmed.
