Let me know where, so I can remove the dependency.
I'd like to see it as a matcher, and we'll have to talk about the runtime
requirements.
 

I wrote it like a mailet in order to allow a better "syntax" for the 
various parameters it may require.

I personally find it cleaner (writing config.xml) as a mailet , but I 
can rebuild it as a matcher if most people prefer it that way. I think 
is just a matter of taste. Let me know.

What you mean by runtime requirements? James performance related?
