Write a mailet to interface with your application, by direct invocation, JMS or whatever. Place this mailet in the mailet chain in the appropriate position for your needs. Where depends on if you want to process all mail, mail for local delivery, mail for remote delivery and so forth. Once the mailet chain is understood it will become clear that you can select on most any criteria you wish.
