Use FetchMail. FetchPop is deprecated. FetchMail is documented here -
http://james.apache.org/fetchmail_configuration_2_2.html.

Basically, FetchMail will fetch the mail from the POP3 and IMAP folders you
configure and inject into the Mailet chain. The mail is then processed in
the same way as SMTP delivered mail. Your email clients connect to James's
POP3 to pickup the mail.
