Hello:
I am new to James and I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have an application that needs to be notified whenever certain users login to check their email via POP3. Ideally, the application should be notified whenever an individual message is retrieved from those users' mailboxes. Can anyone suggest the most appropriate way to do this? I am not specifically looking for information on logging, since I have already determined how James and Phoenix do logging and although I can use the logs to accomplish some of what I want to do, I would prefer to find a mechanism that would allow me to run some arbitrary code in response to these events. Is this possible? If so, how would I go about doing such a thing? Any help is appreciated. Thanks! Aaron L Beverly
