Unable to init mailet BayesianAnalysisFeeder

Hello there,
  
  i'm trying to active the bayesian feeder mailet in "config.xml" guide from 
"http://wiki.apache.org/james/Bayesian_Analysis";
  
  after im active the mailet, when i run the "run.bat", there has error  and 
server cannot run..im currently using James 2.3.0 version in svn  trunk...
  
  is there any configuration left?can any one tell me..
