"I'm unable" is not so helpful to understand the problem.
Is the message received by James (does it log anything?)
Otherwise the problem is not James but the application you are using to
send the message to James that need configuration and I don't understand
what are you using to send the message.
In fact I didn't understand almost anything from your message :-/
