I provide email hosting for a couple of small businesses. Sometimes when they
send an email to a prospective customer they get a 550 error back from james.

550 Mailbox unavailable or access denied I tell my customers that this means that the email address is wrong, or their customer has a spam filter. But my excuses are getting old to them since it seems to happen to them a lot. Is this something that I have any control over? Any ideas on how to proceed with this problem? Thanks!

Phillip
