I was emailing back and forth to a customer [EMAIL PROTECTED] without a problem. Then somehow one day, the emails were blocked and I get the 554 message. I know the block is on my end, on the JAMES server, becuase the error reply is instantaneous. Also [EMAIL PROTECTED] fails also, [EMAIL PROTECTED] fails. I got the database working with James in an efort to set up the WHITELIST hoping to allow the emails through, that did not work even thought the database and WHITELIST are working.
