There is no way this is coming from the recpients system, it is coming from
the James Server. I have tried to find a file somewhere whcih has an IP
address or domain name of the recipent and I have found nothing in the James
directory. My installation is running under windows XP and I do have a MYSQL
database working with James. I mentioned before that adding the blocked
domain to the whitelist made no difference. Somehow James thinks this is
SPAM and is blocking my. Any clues?

Forget it. If you didn't change anything in James (custom mailets) it is *not* *possible* that James write this: "Transaction Failed Spam Message not queued."

There is no such string in James 2.3.0 at all, so James cannot write it.

In your "unconnected test" you probably forgot/missed something.

Change your log level to debug (SAR-INF/environment.xml) and look at the content of the logs (jamesfolder/apps/james/logs) while you do the test.
