Caused by: org.apache.avalon.phoenix.interfaces.ApplicationException: Component named "users-store" failed to pass through the Starting stage. (Reason: org.apache.avalon.framework.service.ServiceException: Cannot find or init repository (Key='')).
Why is this? I have followed all the upgrade instructions from the James website (remove fetchpop block from config.xml, etc. etc.) The 2.2.0 installation still works. At least I should say, it still starts, and runs for a few hours before crashing. I was hoping the migration would help with delivery problems--we have got hugely clogged spool, etc. Mail delivery very slow.
