First of all remove references to your internal servers and post it
here, then if we cannot find anything we'll try privately with full
informations.
Btw sending outbound mail is something that works out of the box in
james, so you could have network problems and not configuration
problems. A common problem is that many providers block outgoing
connections to port 25 of any server but their own smtp server: in this
case you will have to configure RemoteDelivery mailet to use your
provider smtp server as gateway or ask your provider to remove the filter.
