OK it works.
and I get:
Using PHOENIX_HOME: /usr/local/james-2.3.0
Using PHOENIX_TMPDIR: /usr/local/james-2.3.0/temp
Using JAVA_HOME: /Library/Java/Home/
Starting Phoenix:
Phoenix running pid=13985

But how to get the pid's of the process generated by Phoenix?
That is something like:
James Mail Server 2.3.0
Remote Manager Service started plain:nnnn
POP3 Service started plain:nnn
SMTP Service started plain:nn
NNTP Service started plain:nnn

How do I know that james is launched?

Thank you much.
