The m2 build is currently limited to build jars and test
them, it does not build the sar, neither package phoenix in the
application. The main purpose of the m2 build is to be able to build the
website and the website reports.
Another usage would be to generate IDE specific files for those who want to
look over the code,
since considering how many modules does JAMES have at this moment (plus the right dependencies),
doing it manually would be a lot of work, independent what IDE is one using.
