Try uncommenting this configuration in RemoteDelivery configuration: <mail.smtp.localhost>myMailServer</mail.smtp.localhost> Replace myMailServer with the fully qualified public name of your server. Stefano PS: the error you see is an error that another server sent in reply to JAMES while JAMES was deliverying your mail.
