Is only the the smtpserver rejecting new connections ( port 25 ) ? pop3
and remotemanager still works ?

BTW, I think there are many bugs fixed since 1.5.0.7.. So maybe
upgrading the JVM to newest 1.5 release or 1.6 whould worth the try ;-)
