It is only the smtpserver that is rejecting connections. We are not running Pop3.
We reverted back to James 2.20 and netstat shows port 25 listening. As soon as we uninstalled version 2.2 and restarted 2.3.1, port 25 stopped listening. So I'm looking to put the 2.3.1 files and configuration from the box that is not working on another physical box that is running 2.3.1 successfully. I'll report back when I get the results.
