You should ask a lawyer for this. IANAL but I think that you could redistribute the final "package" under the GPLv3 if the GPLed library you use is GPLv3. If it is GPLv2 I think it could be more problematic because there are different interpretation about the redistributability of ALv2 (Apache License v2) together with GPLv2. I also think you will find many different answer to this question.
