I have a client who is unable to access his inbox. I turned on POP
trace. He is using Thunderbird. I show a POP login in the trace
followed by a couple of "CAPA" commands with "ERR" responses.
I'm not that familiar with all of the POP commands. So I don't know
which ones are typically used. I don't see many other CAPA commands in
the log. But every time one appears James responds with ERR.
Can you educate me on what is happening here? Why does James not like
CAPA? Is my client's Thunderbird misconfigured?
