Morning,
the documentation is not complete yet. Eric is workin on it. Anyway
most of the documentation for 2.3.x still fit for 3.0. Most times just
the location of the configuration changed.
So here we go..
1) config.xml was splitted in many different configuration files (one
per component). So for example for smtpserver component you have now
smtpserver.xml, for fetchmail its fetchmail.xml etc. All the
configurations are located in /path/to/james/conf/.
2) See above..
