Seems we need to adapt the MIGRATE.txt...

I take this and will distinguish 2 things.
1. The changes in the way you configure 3.0 vs 2.3
2. The migration of existing 2.3 mails to be imported in 3.0
And yes, continue to give use some feedback, it's really useful to
enhance docs,.... :)

fetchmail.xml is the place to configure polling.
