Hi Gil,
I'm using DKIM without problems. Maybe the blanks in private key are the
problem? Can you check it?

Your file:
     <privateKey>
     -----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
     =======KEY===========
     -----END RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
      </privateKey>

My file:
     <privateKey>
-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
=======KEY===========
-----END RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
      </privateKey>

Best wishes
Günter
