Log:
Added new build target "win-bin" for use under cygwin. This build target
helps to avoid bug #12071 <http://gna.org/bugs/?12071>. Type
make win-bin
to compile lola under cygwin with statically linking the MinGW libraries
into the produced binary. The resulting file is independent of an available
Cygwin interpreter.
