Could we create a simpler version of this PR? One that only removes 
ArrayAllocator and ArrayAllocatorMallocLimit, but keeps MallocArrayAllocator 
and MmapArrayAllocator? That way we can figure out later, in a separate RFE, if 
we want to remove MmapArrayAllocator.
