Magnus Ihse Bursie has updated the pull request with a new target base due to a 
merge or a rebase. The pull request now contains three commits:

 - Reword "lib" comment to fit in better
 - Merge branch 'master' into remove-toolchain-define
 - 8326583: Remove over-generalized DefineNativeToolchain solution
