@dholmes-ora, I resolved all of the conversations (and fixed all of the 
issues). They should still be reachable via "Files Changed" and then 
"Conversations". If you do continue a conversation in one of the  threads, 
would you mind pinging me in this main thread? I suspect that Github doesn't 
send e-mails about convos in resolved threads. Thanks for the review!
