Okay I checked why this is the case.
In our internal test setup we see some serviceability/sa - tests skipped 
because of  'SA Attach not expected to work. Insufficient privileges' . This 
can happen in some test setups especially on macOS but is not very helpful to 
test the influence of the dead_strip flag on the sa tests .
