I think what you have there now is good, if you are going to be hit by this
change, it is reasonable you know that a filename comes next... We don't need
to get into what the filename could be. (".hotspotrc" not read unless you
specify it in Flags= but it's slightly special in that we do warn if it's
there, but I think that's for historical reasons)
