[JDK-8390106](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8392323) introduced a new test to check whether `inspect` on CLHSDB works for value object. However it would not work if GC is selected by the user like `JTREG=VM_OPTIONS=-XX:+UseSerialGC`. See [JDK-8392323](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8392323) for details.
ClhsdbInspectWithValueObject.java have to kick `LingeredAppWithValueObject` with Epsilon GC to prevent object promotion because object (oop) addresses are required for `inspect` command.
