CIMERO doesn't work

Hi to all,
i have installed eclipse wtp-all-in-one-sdk-R-1.5.3-win32.zip and i have
plugged cimero but when i start : new cimero file i have an error:
com.bull.cimero.pluginEditor was unable to load
com.bull.cimero.pluginEditor.wizards.CimeroNewWizard
what i sthe problem?
