I'm betting that somewhere you have a line like:
set CLASSPATH = %CLASSPATH%;c:\servlets;...
If you're going to be continually running the batch/init file that's
setting this, you might want to think of setting all of your classpath
in your autoexec.bat and removing any reference to it in the JRun
startup...
