Does anyone have recommendations on Java site indexing software? Anything open
source would be best, but I'd like to know about other alternatives as well.
I'm interested in indexing a site for search capability with some custom
database support - many pages are generated on the fly from the database, and
I'd have to customize the indexer to understand how to link to these pages.
The indexer itself doesn't have to run as a servlet, though it'd be nice if it
did. The actual search should definitely run as a servlet.
