Thanks for the information. Are there more for IIS and other servers? This
is what my boss has asked me "I want you to find out what third party
products are available to run
servlets, and get as much pricing information as you can." Where can I find
such a list?

With IIS you need to use a third party servlet module.
There are several of them, but I suppose the most common is JRun.
