JRun doesn't run on NT4 workstation

Hello all, I just downloaded the JRUN 2.3 package for Windows.
I installed JRUN successfully but when I want to run any instance of JRUN,
there is problems and I see several windows open itself every seconds.

Do you think it's because I run on NT workstation ?
Some experience about this ?
