I had a problem getting it to start as a service--it wouldn't add to the
list of services in the Services Control Panel.  Live Software told me to
run

        C:\JRun\bin\jsm.exe -i default "C:\JRun\jsm-default"

Then you can run "Star JRun (NT Service)" from the Start menu.
