We just wanted to announce an update to CoolServlets.com
(http://www.coolservlets.com) that the readers of this list may be
interested in.
Bill's been working very hard on the coolservlets email package - a
lightweight email API modeled after JavaMail that uses SMTP. It's a
great and simple solution for sending email in servlets. Initially,
we're releasing this package under the LGPL license. We'd appreciate
feedback from all of you as to whether that license is too restrictive
for your needs.
A few of the other servlets have also been updated and can be downloaded
from the site. If you'd like announcements about all CoolServlets.com
news, we encourage you to sign up for the announce list by sending email
