You can manually put in the HTTP-EQUIV code I sent you the other day.
Or, better still would be to make use of the setHeader method of the
JSDK API.

res.setHeader("Refresh", "10; URL=member.html");

This will effectively put the same code in the HTML page returned to the
client and will refresh the location to the said URL.
